Confirmed Service Customer
I was greeted by Rosa Nicastro with a smile and courteous greeting. She checked my mileage and took photos of my car to insure my car would be taken care of. Advised me it would take a couple of hours to change my oil and inspect everything on my car to insure I would continue to drive my car in a safe possible manner. I took my grandson out of the car seat and proceeded to the lobby where we waited for my car to be serviced. I then received a text regarding an update of my car. Received a photo of my air filter to inform me that it was still clean and didn't need to be changed. After the service was completed, I was greeted by Rosa to sign the documents that my service to my car was done. Everything was perfect EXCEPT THAT WHEN I RECEIVED MY CAR IT HAD BEEN WASHED AND LEFT ALOT OF WATER SPOTS. I washed my car two days prior and did not need to be washed. When I wash my car, I take the time to wipe up every water spot on my side mirrors, front grill, back bumper, under the hood, under the trunk lid, inside of my doors due to hard water stains get embedded in the paint. Very hard to remove once it is dried. IF YOU'RE GOING TO WASH MY CAR, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO DRY IT PROPERLY. OR ASK IF I WANT IT WASHED. KNOWING THAT IT WILL NOT BE DRIED PROPERLY.
