Tomas was WONDERFUL! He knew we were in a hurry and worked quickly to get us taken care of AND we walked in only 20 minutes before the dealership closed on a Sunday. We appreciate him very much. Very disappointed with financing and we will be refinancing to get back to our credit union that we were originally with. We told them we were with our credit union but if they could find a lower rate we'd be willing to finance through that.. we feel we were lied to as we were giving a much higher interest rate, we have contacted our credit union and in fact they are lower and we will be refinancing.. not happy at all with finance! Also....we were not happy with being told that we were being financed through one institution with an interest rate.....only to find out it was another institution and a different interest rate. This was very frustrating considering that I had to contact my insurance company twice to provide the lien holder information.
