Purchased a $110,000 Chevy Tahoe High Country and ordered adaptive cruise. Drove drove 3 hours and confirmed with dealer and with the build sheet the Tahoe did have "ADAPTIVE CRUISE" installed. Drove it home and it did not work so took to AutoNation to fix. They confirmed it was on build sheet but said... Sorry, not installed, nothing we can do. Really! No help, no assistance, no nothing! Told " CALL 800 GM cares or something like that". Wow. What a service team. ZERO Service Team
Easy to work with. My only complaint is no shuttle service and no offer of a uber/Lyft
Steven Rice was on the job as soon as I made the appointment to get our Suburban serviced. He thoroughly explained answers to my questions, steered me toward a more affordable option that took care of everything I wanted done and then went through my cost. After the inspection he was able to combine one of my services into warranty work which saved me a few bucks. On top of it all he recognized my military service multiple times and made sure to include a discount. Thank you Steven and AutoNation Chevrolet for another pleasant experience!
The wait time for my vehicle was short. The lobby was very clean and the staff was friendly.

My wife and I just bought a Silverado 1500 Crew Cab three days ago at Arrowhead Chevrolet in Peoria, AZ. It was a wonderful experience. I have always hated shopping for new cars, because I feel so pressured, and I always worry that I am not getting a good deal. We were treated with respect and our sales consultant Nwail Hasso was very personable. When we felt a little pressure, he gave us room and time to make sure that we could make a good decision. I entered with a number in mind that I could spend, and Nwail (sounds like Noel) put me in a truck that was way nicer than I expected. Each step from then on was a joy. We had an appointment to look at their stock of Traverse’s, so when we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by Howard, he told us to go check out their stock, while he looked at our trade in. We briefly discussed what our comfort zone in regards to the cost of new vehicle/trade in value were, Howard said “he’d take care of us”. We were met in the lot by Jason, and we spoke a bit more about what we were interested in. When we went back inside, Howard presented us with the amount they would be willing to give us for our trade in and the amount we could purchase the Traverse for. Needless to say we were a quite surprised because we were listened to and could not have asked for an easier deal without all the haggling back and forth. I highly recommend this dealership & if you go, be sure to ask for Howard or Jason
I am happy with the service. Everything was done in a timely manner. It was faster than I expected.
