Serving appointment for an early (30,000) mile CVT drain & fill (Flush w/cleaning) is what the service bulletin calls for however for my 2024 Chevy Malibu, Service advisor did an outstanding job going over their exact process with this CVT fluid change. You had my vehicle for 3 months. The tech that was working on it originally quit. Nobody said a word to me. Nobody can figure out what's going on. Tire sensors were replaced through warranty. However, the issue is my dashboard. My radio freezing after calls is still continuing. Set over 30 videos showing what was going on. But everybody says they can't recreate the issue number sixteen inches, but yet when I get the vehicle back, it happens again, I'm just shocked at that with as big a company as you have that someone could have figured this out. I have a lemon and my job depends on me. Being able to use hands free. And I cannot and I'm very disappointed, because this is the second dealership that had my vehicle. Sam Chevrolet had it fruit 2 months and they had me. Bring it to you guys for a second opinion. Technicians are a puzzled by it. And what's going on with it, trying to volume it on my phone. However, we have several different phones. Both apple and Android. And it happens with all of them.. Shanna was nice, but again, i'm still disappointed that I combination of these didn't get resolution to the issue going on. Since the 1st day I went in to buy this vehicle is San Chevrolet, it's been a nightmare. I was given wrong pricing. I was given somebody else's paperwork, asked several times to speak to higher-ups. And got the run around. I don't think I'll ever buy another vehicle. From Shelley, again. And between San Chevrolet and automation, we've gotten several vehicles, but this last purchase. Has totally soured me.This is really exciting

Tired of filling out surveys and stating same facts. Had upper control arm replaced in March at another GM dealership through extended warranty,my cost $200., think GM should have covered this as faulty part, only 35,000 miles on vehicle. Then in July had issue with lower control arm, another $300. , that I feel should have been addressed in March. Guess my rating is more slanted towards GM than dealerships???

I took my Camaro in for a EGR reacall. Check in was great with Holly! After an hour she said the part would have to be ordered. Three days later I haven't heard anything, so I called Parts Dept to get a status. Call went to voice mail, so I stated my question and asked for a call back. Never got one. Next day I called my Service Advisor Holly and it went to voice mail. Again no return call. I repeated this process for three days! Still no return call from the Parts Dept or Service. It's unfortunate they are treating customers this way. My tags are due soon and all I wanted was an update. This is a legit NHTSA recall which is still current!!! You think that would be resolved quickly. Wrong. I will change my rating if this is resolved soon. I would appreciate a call back from a manager. Thank you.

I was starting a new job and my car was not running good so one week prior to starting I took my 2021 blazer to you because it was suddering when you drove it. Dean simpson was my service guy. Who never answers his phone and i had to drive there twice to get answers because he would nt pick up his phone. When i was in his office and he would get a call he would look at his phone and make a comment like "I don't want to talk to that lady" after a couple days of it being in the shop they said it was fixed and would be $1350.00 . I picked it up got to the edge of the driveway and it was doing exactly what i took it in for so i took it back. Clearly they did nt even test drive it. After i returned it dean would nt answer his phone so i drove back there. So now they say oh sorry its your transmission and thats $9600.00. When i asked about the money i paid them and wanted that back they said sorry it was a process of limination. I would never go back there. They ripped me off

The car buying process was made easy but there are a couple of areas I feel that could improve. I booked an appointment to look at a vehicle and was told that the car would be parked in the shade ready for me to arrive and test drive. This was not the case. The other thing I feel could be improved is the amount of time spent at the dealership. Once the price is/was agreed upon, there needs to be a more streamline process to getting out the door faster. From test drive to keys in hand and leaving was close to 5 hours. There has to be something to be able to improve this. Other than that, I am pleased with my purchases thus far.

Vehicle was having issues only 3 months after buying it. Bought warranty but of course it didn't cover the parts. The drivers seat was not moving up or back. But before that the locks & door wasn't working properly. Then the battery dies. They said it was the starter but it turn out to be just a old battery that didn't get replaced from dealership when it was bad. Didnt get seat fixed cause it wasn't covered. They wanted to charge me for a replacement switch but it turns out I was able to fix it with out dealership for no cost. The only thing that was great about this dealership was the tech Mitchell was very polite.

I decided to trade in a Traverse I had purchased only 4 weeks ago because it broke down while driving twice, once on the freeway, which put us in great danger. I lost trust in the service department. While I negotiated the value of the trade in, the Sales Manager Howard was all numbers with zero empathy or concerns about my experience. Only when I said I was very frustrated and asked what I had to do get an apology for the ordeal I'd been through, he finally apologized. He still had the nerves to charge me $550 for the check engine light on the Traverse, which was supposed to be fixed by the service department even if I had kept it. We spent 6 hours at the dealership, waiting for Howard, waiting for Karina, waiting for the truck that was still in line to get detailed. When I asked to retrieve my belongings from the Traverse that was with Service, I had to drive with a worker through all lanes of the parking lot and in and out of the bay searching for my Traverse while he cracked jokes and punched my shoulder and stopped three times at his work station to save his burrito from birds. The only good experience was our sales man, Dominic. He was respectful and very helpful.

I will never purchase another vehicle from AutoNation. I tried to ignore your survey but you want to send it again. You had my truck for 53 days before you would fix the issue i bought it with, giving push back. Now my 90 warranty is almost up and it is too bad for me. You did not honor it getting fixed in tucson where I live and did not fix the issue the first time, resulting in me having to waste 5 hours driving it back and another 5 hours picking it up. I am not confident that the issue is fixed. I have told others not to buy from you.

I made an appointment to have my car looked at and when I showed up for my appointment the service advisor told me they couldn't get to my car for 3 or 4 days. What's the point of making an appointment? I was leaving for vacation in a couple of days and needed my car but I left it anyways because I didn't know if it was safe or not to drive. VERY LITTLE communication on the status of my car, the advisor never got consent to move forward with repairs (needed a new battery). $335 for a battery seems a little expensive. When I showed up to pick up my car I had to wait about 45min for them to find my keys (ended up being in the techs tool box like I suggested) and when my car was pulled up it was filthy from sitting outside and there is a large white stain on the black leather driver seat (I can't get off). There was a half a bottle of chemical brother car interior cleaner that was empty for some reason. Overall not very happy with this experience.

In fact through the process we figured out one of the two salesman who helped us with this purchase actually sold us our 2022 Tahoe three years ago. The whole process once again was great, we actually were having our Tahoe serviced and decided to walk the lot just to see what was out there for new small SUVs with no intent to purchase. Nwail introduced himself letting us know he was available if we had any questions and then left us be to look on our own wich was much appreciated. When we asked he showed us around the lot and even the back to check incoming inventory looking for the right one. My Tahoe was at the dealership for 3 1/2 weeks nobody called for 3 weeks, about the status of the vehicle. I left messages with my service writer 3 times, no calls returned. I left 2 messages to who I believe was the service manager, no return calls. When I finally found the time to go to the dealership and talked to a new service advisor (Holly Wobler) is when she figured out my vehicle was never even looked at as it was lost in the system somehow. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2002 and if not for Holly going above and beyond to help me, I would have walked away from this Dealership that day. I am still on the fence about purchasing my next vehicle from this location. I still have not heard a word from any management to explain what happened or apologize for my inconvenience for nearly a month without this vehicle. If things would have gone the way you expect, the vehicle should have been done in 2 or 3 working days. Drew Bradley

Buying new vehicles is always never wrecking becuase I dont want to be pushed in a direction I dont want. This dealership did not do that. The fourth time it was driven around by the service department and I came back home with the car and it’s leaking transmission fluid all over my garage my warranty expired the day after I brought my car home and now I’m upset all the leaks were fixed on the vehicle. Well I think that the service should have been covered since I bought the truck three months ago and it was gym certified. The strut was rubbing the ac line and damaged it . I’m sure it was an existing problem when I got the truck but maybe they missed it on inspection . Either way Dean did what he could and gave me a small discount . I was still out 2100 dollars on my new truck.

The service tech Aaron Pewnew was great & informed me about what they were doing. He was very informative & I felt he really cared about getting the job done on time. I noticed driving home that the tech failed to change the oil change indicator from 40% to 100%. I came back & another service agent fixed the problem & I was on my way. Also the indicator tab on the window was not changed by the person who changed the oil so I just wrote down what date to change the oil again. However I was very happy with my experience at Nationwide to change my oil. They checked the overall items of my car & I was very satisfied it was done on time.

Charles was amazing! We got the times wrong and arrived an hour before the sales office opened. After asking Charles a question he told us not to worry about it and that he would take care of us. The truck we wanted to purchase was not at the Peoria location so he found the exact same truck just a different color for us to test drive. He went over everything that was included and all of the features that the truck we were interested in had. After deciding we did indeed want the truck we found online, Charles had someone go pick it up from the Gilbert location for us. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and even took us to the back to see it before it got detailed. Charles filled the truck up and went over how to work everything before leaving the lot. Got us paired to Apple car play too! Working with Charles was a wonderful experience he was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question to our satisfaction, and was so nice to help us before the sales office actually opened! 5 stars!!

Had the ac blower fan shutting off intermittently and would never stay off when I brought it in for diagnostic. So hard to prove to warranty company. Dean Delucia had me stop in unannounced when blower wasn’t working and took video of issue. He got the work approved and fixed in under two weeks. With the warranty company’s track record, that is an amazing feet in its self. Dean always goes above and beyond!

Your dealership service center is overwhelmed that is clear. I had to follow up on my car's status 8 hours after I dropped it off. I wasn't told upfront that it would be possibly an overnight/2 day job, although based on my past 2 experiences with service center I wasn't shocked. I should be told expectations upfront to prepare and make arrangements. The status I got was vague and probably a cover for we didn't get to it today (because we are so busy). If it wasn't then I really should have been told the length of time it was going to take. The next day I got a text with a picture of the finished service, I texted back to ensure that was an indication to come pick up. No response, I headed over anyway. Found out Advisor was off, no mention of that when I dropped or at status but that (automated) text earlier sure came from him- making me think he was at work and that he was ignoring me by no response. After finding out he wasn't at work someone else finally got to me (because they were busy too). It wasn't pleasant, but at the same time it wasn't maddening either because in my 3 experiences I've come to expect sub par customer service without much communication. Sad, but true. I'd rather hear we are so busy this is probably going to take an overnight/2 days or this is going to be an overnight/2 day job then wonder when the call was coming to then find a ride to go get my car. COMMUNICATION is always the right path in great customer service. Also got a text a later saying 'Thank you for coming in today. Sorry, (Advisor name) was unavailable- (Person's name)'. I suggest you don't continue with that type of text, honestly for me, it made the experience worse.

Made an advanced appointment, dropped off truck early, and sat in the service waiting room from 10:20am until 12:30pm. Two hours to complete a simple oil change and tire rotation on a new truck is ridiculous. Truck was finally finished, but with these concerning details: - Drivers side seat setting fully readjusted and reclined. - Mirrors readjusted. - AC readjusted from auto setting to coldest temperature setting possible. - Radio programming readjusted to a heavy metal satellite radio station, high volume. - An added four miles were on the odometer. Test drive for oil change??

Checking in was good but, after the service the car should have had a safety check, I was going to California for the weekend but noticed when I arrived ALL my tires were not checked at the dealership because they were ALL low tire pressure around 30 psi and one tire 27 psi !!! What happen did they take out the air out of all the tires!! Also I also noticed that I am missing the original Locked nuts (now 8 of them) before there were 2 are they taking them and just putting regular nuts on my tires!! I never had this problem before I have purchased All my cars at Autonation and have always taken my Equinox for service there. If this continues I will go elsewhere, what happen to the service department there ?

Staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable, especially the agent in charge of my appointment, Dean Delucia. He was very nice. However, I would love it if the service department had a sign in kiosk to alert staff of client arrivals. It could even be an app, with numbered parking spots. The reason for my feedback is that several other clients and myself pulled in and just stood around until a staff member noticed. There was no efficiency in the arrival process. Furthermore, the steering wheel adjustment lever stopped working after leaving the appointment. While there's no way to prove whether it broke when a technician adjusted it or when I attempted to put it back, I do want to let GMC/Chevrolet know that it's disappointing they've chosen to make a part than may get a lot use out of flimsy plastic. Apparently, bottom line takes precedence over quality.

I was retrieving my 2025 Traverse at the casino valet and the young man says "ma'am your car just sent you a message to get your oil changed soon!". I went directly to the dealership. My service advisor Douglas Guest took my car for the oil change. Meanwhile... He even helped me on my phone. Technology is something that is a real challenge for me. He was there to help me. I didn't have an appointment thank goodness he was able to take care of me and my 87 yr old mother. I was afraid I would have to wait until the next business day which wouldn't have been possible. My mom is on dialysis 3 times a week and I wouldn't have been able to get her to the dialysis center. Thank you Douglas and thank you Auto nation!

All went well and it only took a day. No communication between drop off and completion of the repair so I had no idea how long I would have to keep a loaner car. No mention that the issue I had was a recall (I got the letter from GM in Thursday's mail after I picked up my car Tuesday).

Marc my service adviser was great, no problem there. I would given 5 stars if it wasn't for my tire sensor not functioning correctly the next day after the technicians rotated my tires. When I called back, the person I spoke with stated I would need to schedule a service which could take 2 hours. Like many of us, we work and dont have that time. I took my truck to Discount Tire and they corrected the problem in 5 minutes. A better response from the person I spoke with would have been... we apologize for the inconvenience please bring your truck back and we will take care of it right away.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Ryan, my service advisor, and the main technician Kane Anderson who worked on my 2025 Chevrolet Traverse. From start to finish, they showed an incredible level of patience, professionalism, and genuine care. I came in with an initial problem that was fixed, but then that led to some noise concern that was difficult to pinpoint. Even though they couldn’t initially hear what I was hearing, they listened to me and, more importantly, they believed me. That alone speaks volumes. Instead of brushing it off, Kane took the time to dig in, taking parts apart and methodically working to identify the cause of the issue. Ryan also went above and beyond every step of the way. He didn’t just hand me my keys and send me on my way—he asked Kane to test drive the car with me each time to make sure everything felt and sounded right. If the noise was still there, Kane kept the vehicle and kept working on it until it was finally resolved. No rushing, no excuses—just commitment to getting it done correctly. This level of customer service is rare. Their patience, attention to detail, and dedication to making sure my car was truly fixed gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. Because of Ryan and Kane, I will absolutely continue servicing my vehicle here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and exceptional service.

My service advisor, Aaron Penew is great. He absolutely works, very hard, to meet customer needs and expectations. I was a little disappointed that a part requested at my last service, 6 months prior, had not been received. Aaron fixed the problem by glueing in the part. While I am grateful for his efforts, Chevrolet can and should do better, for me, their customer and their dedicated service advisor team.
